Andrea is elated to be back with DCT’s brilliant Children’s Company! He graduated with a BFA in Acting from the University of Connecticut, completed a directing internship at the Shakespeare Theatre of New Jersey, and has studied Commedia Dell’Arte with Antonio Fava in Italy. He’s been acting and directing with the DCT Children’s Company since 2008: recent credits include Snow White, Princess and the Frog, Little Witches, Dracula Goes to High School, The Christmas Elf, Goldilocks, Cinderella, Sleeping Beauty and more. Next, he will be directing Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor DreamCoat on the Mainstage!

Ashley is happy to be back for her 12th season! Some of her favorite past productions include Sleeping Beauty, The Christmas Elf, Little Reds, Princess and the Pea, James & the Giant Peach plus many more. She holds a BFA in drama from the University of Connecticut where she appeared in several Connecticut Repertory Theatre productions. Special thanks to her family, Hugh, Susan, the cabaret staff and actors for their constant love and support
RICKY ALTAMIRANO

Ricky Altamirano lives in NYC and is thrilled to be back directing and performing with the Downtown Cabaret Children’s Theatre. A veteran of DTC he has been seen in countless Mainstage and Children’s Company productions. Last season he directed and starred as the title character in Rumpelstiltskin and previously directed The Wizard of Odds and Seussical the Musical for DTC. Off Broadway: Sir Alfred in Fabulous the Musical and King Marvin in Timmy the Great. Favorite DTC Roles: Jake in Freckleface Strawberry, Peter Pinkerton in Pinkalicious, Professor Crackpot in Frankenstein, and Handy Andy in Snow White. @RickyAlta across all social media.

Lauren Bell graduated from WCSU with a BA in Theatre Performance and Communication. Regional: STONC’S, Pippin (Ensemble, U/S Berthe), The Light Princess (Witch), and CFS’s, The Tempest (Ensemble). Downtown Cabaret credits include: The Full Monty (Pam), Snow White (Queen Hekuba), Rumpelstiltskin (Gilda), and The Christmas Elf 2 (Barbsie). WCSU credits: Dancing at Lughnasa (Rose), The Drowsy Chaperone (Mrs. Tottendale) and Smokey Joes Cafe (DeLee Lively). Commercial/TV: Conflicts and tapes upon request (Nationals), The Onion.
ZACH FONTANEZ

Zach is a Meriden-based actor, musician and artist, and a returning worthy constituent of the Downtown Cabaret Children’s Theater. He recently appeared as Huntsman in the Children Theater’s production of Snow White, and previously appeared as Bert Healy and President Franklin Delano Roosevelt in the Cabaret’s main stage production of Annie. He is most grateful to be a part of one of the finest establishments of Connecticut’s theater scene, and is looking forward to the next one!
