2008/2009 FACILITY RENTAL RATES AND INFORMATION

We would be happy to tailor your event to your specific needs
in order to make sure that it is a unique and special experience for all involved.

Basic Rental $3000

Includes the following:

  • Auditorium with 290 seats at tables
  • Lobby area and Bathroom facilities (tables are not included)
  • Kitchen area for prep (there are no cooking facilities)
  • Green Room & Bathroom facilities back stage (no dressing rooms)
  • House Manager
  • One set of blank tickets (Box Office/Ticketing services are not available - General Admission seating is not advised for events with more than 100 anticipated guests). We are happy to supply you with a seating chart.
  • Standard purple tablecloths and candles are provided for all tables in theatre area.
  • Parking is free and available for events after 6pm (Guard also available – 4 hour minimum).
  • Clean-up after the event is included in the rental fee.
  • No liquor can be sold on the premises. BYOB/Picnic is permitted.
    • Catering is an option for buffet or sit-down dinner. We would be happy to supply the name of a caterer that is familiar with the theatre.
  • Lighting:
    • House Lights at one pre-set level
    • Stage Lights: a single, front light wash
  • Sound:
    • Two microphones for general Public Address
  • All rentals require a “Certificate of Liability Insurance” “General Liability” for $1,000,000.00
